GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Article 13 items 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

1. the Controller of personal data is Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Institute of Automation and Measurements PIAP at the following address: Al. Jerozolimskie 202, 02-486 Warszawa, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13^th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No.: 0000846727, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 5223185370, REGON (Business Statistical Number): 000035257. The Controller of personal data appointed a person supervising correct processing of personal data. You may contact this person at the following e-mail address: rodo@piap.lukasiewicz.gov.pl.
2. The Controller processes the following data: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address details (postal code, city, street, house number, flat number).
3. The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
   1. aperformance of this agreement,
   2. in relation to the establishment, pursue or defense of claims, if any,
   3. fulfilment of legal obligations imposed on the Controller.
4. The legal basis of personal data processing is:
   1. Article 6, item 1, letter b of the GDPR, i.e. the need to process data in order to perform the agreement concluded,
   2. Article 6, item 1, letter c of the GDPR, i.e. provisions applicable to the Collector, in particular regarding reporting, statistical, and archiving obligations,
   3. Article 6, item 1, letter f of the GDPR, i.e. satisfaction of civil-law claims, if any.
5. The Work will be made available and distributed as part of the Robotics Repository.
6. The Controller processes personal data for the term of this agreement and for archiving and statistical purposes, as well as to pursue claims – in cases provided for by law.
7. Data will not be a subject of sale or disclosure to any external entities, except for cases provided for by law.
8. Data will be available to authorised persons who have committed to protect and secure them and to entities with which Łukasiewicz – PIAP has concluded an appropriate agreement, e.g. for the provision of services.
9. The data subject has the right of access to his/her personal data, of rectifying, deleting them or limiting their processing in cases provided for by law, as well as the right of objecting to data processing; he/she also has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
10. Data will not be used for any other purpose, and no automated decisions, including for the purpose of profiling, will be taken based on them.
11. The provision of personal data is voluntary yet necessary to perform the agreement.
