Inaccessible content:
- Not all downloadable files (in PDF, DOC and other formats) have been prepared in fully accessible form. The structure of some of them does not permit blind people to view them or some of these files are scanned documents.

Every person may request digital accessibility of the website or any of its elements. You may also request access to information using an alternative access method, for example, by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a video without an audio description, etc. Such a request should include:
- name and surname,
- indication of the website element,
- contact details (e-mail address or correspondence address) and the preferred method of contact.
The Institute declares that it will fulfil the request within 7 days of its submission. If meeting this deadline is not possible, the Institute will immediately inform the requesting party about a possible request fulfilment date. If it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the Institute may propose an alternative method of access to information.
In the event that the Institute refuses to comply with the request to ensure the accessibility of or an alternative method of access to information, the requesting party may submit a complaint on ensuring digital accessibility of the website or its element.
Having exhausted the above procedure, a request to the Ombudsman may be submitted.
The User may change the cookies settings in the internet browser, including completely disable the cookies. Thanks to this, the User will increase the level of data security and protection, however, he/she must be aware of the fact that some functions used so far will be blocked, e.g. logging on to the e-mail account.
Architectural accessibility

Łukasiewicz – PIAP is composed of several buildings where laboratories, experimental and small series production workshops, and offices are located. The buildings are distributed in an area of approx. 7 ha.
From the point of view of architectural accessibility, the main office and the laboratory complex housing the offices of the Top Management and of the management of most organisational units are the most important buildings. The entry to this complex is on the pavement level, which ensures easy access for people with disabilities. The main entrance secured with a gate with access control has a separated line for people on wheelchairs. Directly before entering the building is a parking lot with a separated disabled parking bay. Exits from the main complex to the internal area are on the pavement level.
Production buildings (workshops) have several entrances. Access for people on wheelchairs is possible with the assistance of employees knowing the topology of the buildings.
Łukasiewicz – PIAP also has a branch in Toruń at 107 Batory Street. The Toruń facility is not adapted to the needs of disabled people due to the lack of elevators and ramps. Access to the facility with an accompanying dog is possible.
The main complex in Warsaw has wide corridors ensuring easy access for the disabled. Łukasiewicz – PIAP buildings are equipped with goods and passenger elevators. Access for disabled people to each floor is possible with the assistance of a person authorised to operate the elevator.
In the Conference Centre on the ground floor of the main complex is a lavatory for people on wheelchairs.
Łukasiewicz – PIAP is not equipped with a sound guidance system for the blind and visually impaired. There are no induction loops, Braille signs or contrasting markings for the blind and visually impaired. No sign language interpreter is available.
No online services of a Polish sign language interpreter are available in the buildings.
It is possible to enter both the area of Łukasiewicz – PIAP and the buildings with an accompanying or guide dog.
